Message from the Filmmakers
Sept. 10_What a fantastic night! Last night proved to be a historic night! We want to thank everyone who watched the broadcast premiere of our documentary, Chicago's Puerto Rican Story, and encouraged others to do likewise . A special thanks to our on-air guest and friend City Clerk Miguel Del Valle. This was a project that took three years to complete and is the only documentary that highlights the Puerto Rican experience in Chicago and is the only locally produced documentary on the subject to broadcast on public television. We thank you for watching and encourage you to buy the film for $29.99 on our online store. By doing so you not only support us as independent filmmakers but you also support our mission of creating responsible and educational programs.
Warm Regards, Antonio & Gloricelly Franceschi
